At Customersguestel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Installation Services

For installation services, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
